By unanimous consent of the Board of Supervisors, the following resolution is adopted:

WHERAS, BLUESTAR PROPERTIES was recognized as the Hesperia Chamber of Commerce Business of the Month for February 2008; and

WHEREAS, Bluestar Properties was founded in 1992 by Ben Lamson to meet the need for a professional property management company in the Victor Valley. Ben has been an active member of the Hesperia Chamber of Commerce since 1994; and

WHEREAS, Bluestar Properties is a full service property management company with a reputation for quality and reliable service. They manage more than 1,400 residential units, six commercial buildings, and four homeowners associations. The company currently employs 23 people; and

WHEREAS, in addition to running a successful local business, Ben Lamson also teaches Property Management at Victor Valley College. He serves as Vice President of the California Apartment Association and is a past president of the Inland Empire Apartment Association, and

WHEREAS, Mr. Lamson's concern for providing excellent customer service has had an extraordinary impact on the quality of life of High Desert residents.

NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, that the Board of Supervisors of the County of San Bernardino, State of California, does hereby commend and congratulate, BLUESTAR PROPERTIES for its dedicated service to the community.

BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, that this resolution be noted in the minutes of this Board and that a copy be presented to Ben Lamson

I used to say that a good management company would do what I'd do if I were only on premises. I was wrong. Bluestar Properties handles things better than I ever would have. I own investment properties in other parts of the country and deal with other management companies. Bluestar is an exceptional company with an exceptional staff. I appreciate that they are never to busy to take my calls.
